House, The Boltons

Located in The Boltons Conservation Area this house was originally built with a mansard roof and awkward dormers that did not compliment its fully stuccoed neighbours.

The mansard was replaced with rendered masonry, the back addition altered and ground floor extended to create a basement family room with balcony off the sitting room above. The garden was hard landscaped, the house & garden studio were reorganised & fully refurbished, with redecoration and furnishing by interior designer Christine Kennedy.
