East London Loft

The second commission in this East End warehouse originally used for storing timber veneers, the project involved the complete reconfiguration of the top two floors.

The client’s interest in rich colours and finishes is reflected in the use of stained oak floors, black American walnut for the Japanese inspired kitchen, lacquered veneer to the bedroom walls, floor & ceiling and to the curved wall leading to the entrance, and lacquered red ceiling and shelves to the library.
